Shipping

As a general rule, packages are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Delivery time: 3-15 days (depending on the region). Shipping charges include handling and packaging charges, as well as postage. Handling costs have a fixed price, while transport costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package.

We advise you to group all your items in the same order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will be applied for each one individually. We are not responsible for damage to your package after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items. The boxes are large and your items will be well protected.

Shipping cost is calculated automatically when placing an order and may vary depending on the weight of the order and the region of delivery.

Terms of delivery / abroad
  1. General Customs duties, taxes (including VAT), and import charges may apply when shipping packages to international shipping addresses. These costs are always borne by the recipient. Delivery to crisis areas is not made.

Returns

Returns are not accepted once the purchase or the service has been contracted.

If you purchased a low-quality cosmetic product, an expired product, or the received product does not correspond to your order, you must inform our manager by e-mail: cosmetic@yeseniyabeauty.com with the attachment of a photo of the defects of the goods. Within 3 working days, your application will be processed and a response letter will be sent to the e-mail indicated in it.

If for any reason your paid order (totally or partially) has been canceled, the money will be returned within 14 business days, provided that the order has not yet been shipped. When paying with a bank card, the money is returned to the bank card with which the payment was made.

To return, you must provide the manager by email with the following details: Order number; FULL NAME.
